Japanese insurer Sumitomo Life has registered to buy more than 41.4 million shares of local insurer insurance-finance-banking group Bao Viet Holdings (BVH).
The Bao Viet Insurance Company and its strategic partner Sumitomo Life
of Japan on Wednesday inked a plan on the first phase implementation of a
technical support and capability transfer agreement.
